About Us Service Area Locally in the Lake, Cuyahoga, Ashtabula and Geauga County areas of Ohio Nationally and Internationally for Immigration matters.
Process All cases involve an initial meeting in which the specific details of your situation and the need for additional information or materials is discussed and identified. To the extent possible, all pertinent information should be provided during the initial meeting. You should not be afraid or ashamed to volunteer or provide information. Your case will be maintained in strict confidence. A plan will be developed to identify additional information or materials that may be required to proceed, major milestone dates, potential obstacles, and expected costs. It will be important that you understand the plan and adhere to the timeline as many activities may be adversely affected or even prohibited if submitted late. Periodic status meetings or reports will be conducted to identify if any changes to the case plan are needed or appropriate.
Communication We provide communications through telephone, voicemail, email, website, fax, US mail, and courier services as appropriate to the urgency of the item. We strive to be available to answer your questions and provide you with a final resolution as soon as possible. However, while we can take actions to expedite your case and to avoid potential delays, courts and government agencies have rules governing the submittal and processing of documents and requests which may affect the time in which your case may be reviewed, processed and a decision provided.
Collaboration and Referral To provide the highest quality of service to you, we maintain relationships with outside organizations, attorneys, and firms with whom we may confer in some cases. We do not share client information with these sources without your expressed permission.
